MISSION STATEMENT: The mission of YUBASKILL ACADEMY is to provide vocational training to unemployed youths for employment, to school drop outs for advancing them, poverty alleviation, with the ultimate aim to enrich the society.

 

POLICY: The policy of YUBASKILL ACADEMY encompasses staff development, management system and skill assessments.

Policy relating to staff development: YUBASKILL ACADEMY is obligated to continually develop its staff members by identifying the weaknesses of staff members to get them well and strengths to enhance in right direction.

Policy relating to management system: YUBASKILL ACADEMY is keen to ensure working in a reasonably stress free environment; managing employee grievances; ordering pay boost ups on the basis of merit; promoting in deserving cases, maintaining discipline in the workplace.

Policy relating to skill assessments: YUBASKILL ACADEMY commits to fulfill the skilled manpower needs of the society, examining the trained candidates and ascertaining the extent of fulfillment of the performance criteria set by NSDC and other organizations.
